Our range comprises Coal Fly Ash, Cement Replacement Fly Ash and Bulk Fly Ash. Our organization is a proprietorship concern of Yogesh H. Varsada carried off by him along with his brother Suresh H. Varsada. We are a developing manufacturing cum processing unit for the Fly Ash since last 8 years. Our processing unit is spread across 2476 sq. mtrs at Wanakbori, Gujarat and 2153 Sq. mtrs at GIDC Palej. From this unit we cater different requirements parenting to Cement, Cement Pipes and Ready Mix Concrete, of our industrial clients based at Ujjain, Indore, Rajkot, Vadodara, Surat , Mumbai and other parts of the country.
We have expanded our portfolio as Suyog Elements India Pvt Ltd in the field of quick lime (calcium oxide) Micro Pozz, GGS & Micro fine, manufacturing from 2014.
We are highly motivated by technical improvement and engaged in providing flawless products to clients. To have a streamlined working process, we have developed an ultramodern infrastructure setup. Spread across a sprawling area, it is well segregated with all the latest amenities and felicities. Our in house classifier unit is PLC controlled and possesses the facilities such as automatic material handling system, online mess controller, pollution free loading and packing system. In addition to this our processing plant is well fitted with the testing and evaluation of the physical and chemical parameters of fly ash specified in the Indian standard (IS 3812).
Quick Lime manufacturing plant and machinery of the company comprises of coal fired rotary kilns made of firebricks for manufacturing of quick Lime and a fully automatic plant for Quick Lime to deliver the best and most suitable quality of the Quick Lime. The plant is self designed & updated on the basis of self experiences and expertise. In order to ensure continuous and uninterrupted production the policies and infrastructure of the company are fully geared up to all requirements.
Owing to our superior quality Fly Ash and Quick Lime products, we have successfully attained a formidable position for ourselves in the market. All the products provided by us are processed using high grade raw material and are in sync with industry norms & standards.
